Hi! I’m Andra, Romanian. Wil, my husband, is Dutch. In 2008 we started our journey together in Rotterdam. In 2017 we moved to Kenya. In 2022 we designed and built a a sustainable home combining European industrial style with culturally rich African items. Our goal was to support and believe in the amazing potential of the local market and counter the import trend.
Within it we embrace and breathe new life into items touched by the hands of time, objects with soulful stories of old while adding the sharp edges of the new. Travel has been a part of our lives from our love story of a Dutch and a Romanian coming together, to our expat life in a third culture leading to yearly family visits and encounters in home countries or beyond.
